Pariticipants Requirements

An undergraduate student from any major and university (no minimum semester)

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! (max. 25 years old)

Must have active social media accounts

Having leadership skills and a growth mindset

A good communicator and long life learner

Highly interested in working in the Start-Up Fintech industry

Willing to be involved in all activities of the Komunal Young Force.

Is the Komunal Young Force only for students who are domiciled in Surabaya and Jabodetabek?

This program is open nationally, students outside the area can also register.

How is the system of this program?

This program will be held in hybrid format (for students from Surabaya and JABODETABEK), while the rest will take part in a full online system.

Is there any specific target for joining this program?

Participants must achieve the target points during the program.
